A torch-lit gothic hall: every team hangs as banners, each on an iron rod with the team logo on a gold-rimmed crest and a brass plaque below reading AVAILABLE. Unsold banners hang gathered in tight fabric folds (tinted in the team's colors).
When a team sells: a gust of dust rolls through the hall toward that spot, the rope pulls taut, and the banner drops and unfurls in one sweeping motion, sways, rises slightly and settles into a gentle drape. A pulley click (small jolt, brass glint on the rod, sparks) ends it and the brass plaque switches to SOLD with the buyer's name. Full mode adds a camera push toward the banner and back (about 5 s); Quick mode unfurls in place (about 2 s). Every sale changes the hall's shape because the banner is longer than the gathered fabric, while each team stays in its grid spot. Sold banners sway softly now and then, embers drift through the hall. At sell-out one broad gust sweeps through every row in turn, every banner billows, and SOLD OUT appears, then the board returns.
