A huge concrete wall under a street light. Every team is marked off as spaces, each with a grey stencil of the team logo, the team abbreviation in stencil lettering and the team name with AVAILABLE underneath.
When a team sells: the camera pushes in on that space, a spray rig rides its rail across it and sweeps bold team-color shapes (dark teams use their second color or a lifted tone so they still read as color), then sweeps back painting the full-color logo. A steel stencil card drops, sprays the buyer's name in large stencil lettering and lifts away, a SOLD tag is taped on, the mist clears and the camera pulls back. Full mode takes about 7 s; Quick mode sprays the piece in place (about 2 s). Sold spaces stay as finished street art, restored instantly on reload.
At sell-out floodlights sweep the finished mural, all the lights come up, SOLD OUT is sprayed on the title band (the grid is never covered), then the board returns to normal.
